I live with Ankylosing Spondylitis, Fibromyalgia, migraines, and anxiety. I went undiagnosed for many years, feeling like I was crazy. I knew something was wrong, more than โjust being a womanโ, but felt like no one was really listening to me. I was finally diagnosed at the age of 44 and began to get medical help for my diagnosis. It was a relief to finally feel seen and heard. I hope that I can bring you encouragment, practical ideas, and a community so you donโt feel alone anymore.
